The Everybody Company is a closely-held holding company built around the acquisition and operational improvement of essential home services businesses. We focus on the septic services and water treatment space — industries that are mandatory, recurring, and structurally underserved by modern capital.

We aren't financial engineers. We're operators who've scaled companies from zero to $50M+ in revenue, who've driven trucks during labor shortages, and who understand that lasting business value is built from the ground up — one customer, one route, one relationship at a time.

Our approach is simple: acquire great businesses at fair prices, treat their people well, install the infrastructure they never had, and build platforms that stand on their own.

That means fair prices, retained employees, preserved customer relationships, and a genuine commitment to carrying the business forward. We require sellers to stay on for 12–24 months and roll equity forward so our incentives are aligned from day one.
